A guided beginning

Know yourself. Then live what you know.

BBT begins where information becomes transformation: with disciplined study, honest self-examination, whole-person practice, and a community committed to Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.

What changes when you stop inheriting fragments and begin studying the whole story?

Many people receive names, beliefs, histories, and habits before they consciously examine them. The BBT path invites the student to slow down, study carefully, test understanding through practice, and grow into a more deliberate relationship with self and community.

01 · REMEMBER

Recover context.

Study Moorish Science, world history, divine creed, and nationality as connected fields rather than isolated facts.

02 · INTEGRATE

Practice the whole self.

Bring learning into Spirit, Mind, and Body so knowledge shapes health, conduct, judgment, discipline, and purpose.

03 · CONTRIBUTE

Grow in community.

Participate in a weekly rhythm of study and service grounded in Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.

Learning is organized around the whole person.

The map keeps the curriculum from becoming purely intellectual. Each dimension asks a different question, while all five remain connected.

Spirit

Inner awareness, purpose, discipline, and relationship with the Divine.

Mind

History, language, symbolism, law, reason, and applied knowledge.

Body

Health, movement, nourishment, resilience, and stewardship of the vessel.

Divine Creed

Spiritual identity, responsibility, character, and principled conduct.

Nationality

Civic, historical, and cultural identity studied with care and context.

A clear rhythm removes the pressure to understand everything at once.

The purpose of a guide is to help the student see, test, and grow.

The work is not simply to gather information. The purpose is to become more conscious, more disciplined, and more useful through what is learned.
